<p><strong>Objectif Professionnel </strong><br>Former et certifier des salariés au Sauvetage Secourisme du Travail </p> <p><strong>Objectifs pédagogiques </strong><br>A la fin de la formation, le stagiaire sera capable : </p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">• De cerner le dispositif SST et l’organisation des formations <br>• De répondre à une demande de formation SST d’une entreprise en justifiant et argumentant l’intérêt pour elle de former des SST <br>• De produire des actions de secours et de prévention conformes aux recommandations des documents de l’INRS <br>• De concevoir un déroulé pédagogique puis de le mettre en œuvre <br>• De mettre en œuvre différentes méthodes d’évaluation <br>• D’assurer la gestion administrative en respectant l’habilitation SST </p>
<p> Tout formateur d’organisme ou d’entreprise.</p>
<p>Être titulaire du SST (de moins de 2 ans), avoir validé la formation « Bases en Prévention des risques Pro. », être formateur secourisme (FPS, PAE 1 ou 3, AFGSU) à jour de sa formation continue</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Modalités d’accès : </strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal">En amont de la contractualisation, un entretien est nécessaire pour analyser les besoins des stagiaires, <br>vérifier les éventuels pré requis et identifier les situations de handicap le cas échéant. Un devis et/ou une convention de formation professionnelle est ensuite adressé au client par mail.</p>

<p>Un certificat de Formateur SST sera délivré au stagiaire qui aura participé activement à l’ensemble de la formation et fait l’objet d’une évaluation favorable par le formateur dans le respect des critères d’évaluation prévues par l’INRS. </p> <p>Le certificat de Formateur SST est valide trois ans. La prolongation du certificat est conditionnée au suivi d’une session Maintien et Actualisation des Compétences (Durée du MAC Formateur SST : 21h) avec réussite aux épreuves certificatives. </p> <p>Attestation de formation remise.
