OBJECTIFS
<p><strong>Objectif Professionnel </strong><br>Contribuer à la prévention des risques professionnels dans son entreprise et intervenir lors d’un accident de travail.</p> <p><strong>Objectifs opérationnels </strong><br>A la fin de la formation, le stagiaire sera capable : <br>• De situer son rôle en tant que secouriste du travail et tant qu’acteur de prévention des risques professionnels <br>• D’identifier et définir des situations dangereuses afin de participer à la maîtrise des risques <br>• De proposer des pistes d’améliorations aux personnes chargées dans le respect de l’organisation de la prévention de son entreprise <br>• De réaliser une protection adaptée en vue d’examiner la victime <br>• De garantir une alerte rapide et efficace des secours identifiés <br>• De secourir une victime avec la conduite à tenir et les gestes appropriés à la détresse identifiée </p>

Prérequis

Un devis et/ou une convention de formation professionnelle est ensuite adressé au client par mail.</p>

<p>Recueil des attentes pour adaptation des contenus <br>Echanges, exposés et quizz interactifs, démonstrations diverses, exercices pratiques par 2 ou 3 et jeux de rôles <br>Analyses et actions correctives pour chaque stagiaire <br>Synthèse de la formation et remise d’un aide-mémoire</p>
EVALUATION
<p>Un certificat SST sera délivré au stagiaire qui aura participé activement à l’ensemble de la formation et fait l’objet d’une <br>évaluation favorable par le formateur lors d’une mise en situation de SST dans le respect des critères d’évaluation de l’INRS. </p> <p>Le certificat SST est valide deux ans. La prolongation du certificat est conditionnée au suivi d’un stage Maintien et Actualisation des Compétences (Durée du MAC SST : 7 h) avec réussite aux épreuves certificatives. </p> <p>Evaluation à chaud et à froid. </p>
